Initial Consultation

Our landscape designer will visit you on site to learn about your property and your landscaping goals and how to best transition your interior design outside. This includes a discussion about hardscape features (ie. patios, decks, pergolas, fire pits, water features, lawns, gardens, play areas, lighting, arbors, etc.).

Design Review

We use a computer-aided design program to create a master concept plan for your new space, which includes all of the revisions along the way. The design includes all hardscape elements such as outdoor living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, as well as walkways, bed outlines, raised beds, etc.. The final step is a master planting list. The master plan is layered to show the whole project from start to finish.

Staying On Your Budget

To assure that a design does not exceed a budget, installation estimates are provided at both the preliminary and final stages. These estimates are provided through two highly experienced landscape contractors with whom we partner and that work primarily in the Stapleton/Lowry/Park Hill area.

Construction and Installation

Our team will manage the construction and installation process with the landscape contractors. Our job is to ensure your design is brought to life and hopefully exceeded your expectations.
