To protect the integrity of our designs and maintain consistent standards, we only provide project management services when working with contractors we have personally vetted and collaborated with for many years.
This approach allows us to oversee execution confidently, maintain design accuracy, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the project. By working within this trusted system, we can guarantee that your outdoor living environment is realized as designed.
Working With Installers
You are never obligated to use one of our preferred landscape installers. Once your design is complete, you are free to obtain installation bids from any contractor you choose.
That said, we partner with a select group of highly skilled installers we have worked with for more than 15 years. These professionals consistently execute quality hardscape, planting, pool, kitchen, fire, and shade structure installations and understand the level of detail our designs require.
If you choose to work with one of our preferred installers, we remain your primary point of contact throughout the installation process. Our involvement may include site visits at key milestones, verifying layout accuracy, reviewing form measurements prior to concrete pours, coordinating irrigation and lighting, and assisting with sourcing and ordering materials.
Our oversight is compensated by the contractor on the back end for coordination and sourcing services. This arrangement does not increase your overall project cost and allows the installer to focus on quality construction while we ensure the design intent is carried through accurately.
