Landscape Architect
Initially from Copenhagen, Denmark, Sophia has always been fascinated by minimalism and the beauty of material juxtaposition.
She believes in the importance of stimulating the senses through design and is always looking for new regenerative materials to incorporate into her designs. Sophia has lived in Colorado for almost 20 years and has established a passion for native habitats and drought tolerant plantings. With a masters in architecture and a love for blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor space, Sophia enjoys getting to know her clients to fully understand their landscape vision. She loves encouraging clients to connect with their outdoor areas in fluid and seamless transitions.
Whether that is to be drawn to the cool Colorado summer evenings or to slowing down with a cup of coffee in the frosty high-altitude morning air.
In her free time, you can find Sophia cooking a seasonal meal from her garden, attending to her bees, or retreating to the mountains for some rock climbing.
